Greensboro, GA – Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty/Lake Country continues to grow as four new real estate associates join the sales team. They welcome Melody Demarest, Maureen Golden, Sally Rockey, and Lee Stone to the company.
“Our company success is rooted in hiring the best people to serve our clients and customers throughout our four neighborhood offices in Madison, Eatonton, and Greensboro,” said Tom Martin, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC. “We take great care in identifying and welcoming the right individuals to join our growing organization. Throughout the selection process, we were extremely impressed with each of these professionals and their shared vision for serving as the trusted source of innovative real estate solutions creating exceptional experiences for our clientele.”
Melody Demarest has successfully been matching buyers and sellers as a Realtor® in the Lake Oconee Area since 2006. Not only has she been recognized in the Million Dollar Club, she has enjoyed working with clients from all areas of life – first homes, vacation homes, downsizing, and relocation. She identifies with her clients, because she has experienced the lake area for over 20 years in many different ways. Melody was first introduced to the lake as a vacation destination – a scenic resort featuring world-class golf, tennis, boating, fishing, and dining. She then was happy to become a resident of Lake Oconee in 2000 with her husband and 3 children. She now knows the joy of sharing the lake with grandchildren.
“Melody did an excellent job advising us on pricing and marketing of our property. Once we had an offer, Melody negotiated a favorable contract and was diligent in making sure all documentation was correct. She dealt with all parties professionally and we highly recommend her!” – Jack and Shirley
